Using Quality Standards for Efficiency

With a quality standards program called Six Sigma, Motorola was able to minimize the individual variation between the goods that the company manufactured. By looking at every aspect of the production process, a quality control expert can find ways to streamline the process and heighten the efficiency for the greater good of the company.
